In February of this year my apartment burned down. I am a single mother of two. I lost almost everything. Micheal walked through the apartment with me in the days after and ensured me he would save everything he could. He was polite, empathetic and made this horrible experience manageable.  Mike G was my go to guy and he was amazing. He helped me figure out when I could expect my belongings back and when. They even went out of their way and bought a toy vacuum identical to the one my 2 year old lost in the fire and had it shipped to my house. That was so heartfelt it brought so much joy to my son. Mark Scott Restoration was there for me in my time of need and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Our home in Benicia had a roof leak. Mike and his Crew, including Ben, provided immediate service to help dry out our house while we worked with the insurance to schedule repairs and roof inspections. It was daunting to have mold in our house but Mike and his Crew, including Ben, really worked quickly and were so thorough and organized. They put down mats and lots of materials to keep our home clean and keep the dust down. I will always use them. MS Restoration and Construction have provided good service to us over the years, including a bathroom repair and remodel 6 years ago. They also helped coach me through the insurance process because my insurance company was not as responsive as I expected. Thankyou Mark Scott Restoration for coming to our rescue. Things are clean and beautiful again. I cannot thank you enough Mike and Ben!
