loss situations, the mortgage carrier holds the insurance funds
for reconstruction. Multiple bank documents and communication
with bank officials and inspectors are required for the release
of these funds. MSC has several employees that are solely
responsible for assisting our clients with the procedures and
knowledge needed to properly respond to mortgage company
requirements.
